TRUMPWARE TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TrumpWare.org, purchasing a product, starting a subscription, or accessing any related service.

By accessing the storefront, placing an order, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the storefront.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information at checkout and keep any account information current.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify Support@TrumpWare.org promptly if you believe your account or purchase information has been compromised.


2. STOREFRONT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES

TrumpWare operates an online storefront offering the digital products, subscriptions, services, or other items described on its product pages. Checkout, payment processing, digital delivery, invoicing, subscriptions, and related technical functions may be provided through SellAuth and other third-party service providers.

The description, price, delivery method, license, system requirements, subscription terms, and any product-specific restrictions displayed at checkout or on a product page form part of these Terms. If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.

We may correct pricing or description errors, reject or cancel an order affected by fraud or an obvious error, limit quantities, or discontinue a product. If we cancel a paid order before delivery, we will issue any refund required by applicable law.


3. NO AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT

TrumpWare is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with:

• Epic Games, Inc.
• Fortnite
• Easy Anti-Cheat
• Any game developer, publisher, platform, or tournament organizer
• Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, or any political campaign or committee

Third-party company names, game titles, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References are used only for lawful identification, compatibility information, commentary, or comparison and do not create ownership, approval, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Portions of any permitted materials relating to Epic Games may be trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Epic Games, Inc. All rights are reserved by Epic. Such material is not official and is not endorsed by Epic. This notice does not grant permission to use another party's intellectual property.


4. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS AND CONDUCT

You may not use TrumpWare to buy, sell, request, promote, distribute, or facilitate anything that:

• Violates any law, regulation, court order, game rule, platform rule, payment-provider rule, SellAuth policy, or third-party agreement applicable to you.

• Promotes cheating, unfair play, unauthorized automation, botting, exploitation, ban evasion, or manipulation of a game or platform.

• Includes cheat software, injectors, loaders, scripts, exploits, anti-cheat bypasses, detection-evasion methods, unauthorized hardware, or tools intended to disable or circumvent security or gameplay-integrity systems.

• Involves stolen or unauthorized accounts, login credentials, authentication tokens, payment information, access codes, digital entitlements, or account transfers prohibited by the applicable provider.

• Contains malware, spyware, ransomware, credential harvesters, destructive code, or any method intended to gain unauthorized access.

• Is counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, or materially misleading.

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights, including unauthorized game assets or proprietary code.

• Makes unsupported claims such as “official,” “undetected,” “ban-proof,” “risk-free,” “guaranteed,” or similar claims concerning legality, safety, affiliation, or performance.

• Involves money laundering, sanctions evasion, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, fake receipts, fake reviews, or falsified transaction history.

We may refuse service, cancel an order, remove content, preserve relevant records, suspend an account, or report suspected unlawful activity when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.


5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Prices and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount displayed, including disclosed taxes or fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy. TrumpWare does not control a bank, card network, cryptocurrency network, or third-party processor and is not responsible for delays, holds, conversion rates, network fees, or decisions made solely by those providers.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is approved and the product or service is delivered, activated, or otherwise made available.


6. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND LICENSES

Digital products may be delivered through the storefront, email, an account dashboard, a download link, a license key, automated fulfillment, or another method stated on the product page.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for its intended lawful purpose. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software, code, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit a digital product unless the product page or a separate written license expressly permits it or applicable law provides otherwise.


7. REFUNDS AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Because digital products can be delivered or accessed immediately, completed digital orders are generally final once the product, download, key, access, or service has been delivered or activated, except where the product page states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.

If you receive the wrong item, cannot access a delivered purchase, or believe a product is materially different from its description, contact Support@TrumpWare.org with your order number and a clear explanation. We may request reasonable information needed to investigate.

Nothing in these Terms removes refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived. You remain entitled to contact your payment provider or exercise any non-waivable legal right. Knowingly filing a false payment dispute or chargeback may result in account restrictions and recovery of amounts lawfully owed.


8. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a recurring subscription, its price, billing interval, included features, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge already completed, except where required by law or expressly stated in the subscription terms. You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date.

We will provide legally required notice of material subscription or pricing changes. If a subscription ends, access to subscription-only features or content may end at the close of the paid period.


9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You are responsible for confirming that a product is lawful where you live, compatible with your device, permitted by any relevant game or platform, and suitable for your intended use.

Third-party publishers and platforms may suspend accounts, revoke access, change compatibility, update software, or enforce their own rules. TrumpWare does not control those decisions and does not guarantee continued compatibility, acceptance by a third party, or protection from lawful enforcement.

You must not use any product in a tournament, wager, competition, employment setting, or other environment where its use would violate rules, create an unfair advantage, or harm another person.


10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The storefront may contain links to or integrations with SellAuth, payment providers, Discord, game platforms, or other independent services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

TrumpWare is not responsible for a third party's independent content, security, availability, decisions, or conduct. A link or integration does not mean TrumpWare endorses everything offered by that third party.


11. REVIEWS, MESSAGES, AND OTHER USER CONTENT

You are responsible for reviews, support messages, feedback, and other content you submit. Your content must be truthful, lawful, relevant, and must not infringe another person's rights or disclose sensitive information without permission.

You grant TrumpWare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the storefront. We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates a legal, security, or safety risk.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

The TrumpWare storefront, branding, page design, original text, and other original materials are owned by TrumpWare or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the storefront and purchased products as stated in these Terms.

A copyright complaint should include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
• The complaining party's name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized to act for the owner.

TrumpWare may remove or restrict material while investigating a complaint and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. The contact above is a general copyright-reporting channel and is not a representation that TrumpWare has registered a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.


13. PRIVACY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed. By using the storefront, you acknowledge that policy.

You agree that we may send order confirmations, delivery information, security notices, support replies, subscription notices, and legal communications electronically. Marketing messages, if any, will be handled as required by applicable law.


14. AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY

We may modify, maintain, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a storefront feature or product for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for using reasonable security precautions, including current security software, backups, and unique passwords. Do not open or run a file that you reasonably believe is suspicious or unauthorized.


15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE STOREFRONT, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TRUMPWARE DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

TRUMPWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH A THIRD-PARTY GAME OR PLATFORM, WILL BE FREE FROM INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, OR WILL PREVENT ACCOUNT ACTION OR OTHER ENFORCEMENT. NO CLAIM ABOUT DETECTION, ACCOUNT SAFETY, OR ENFORCEMENT RISK IS A WARRANTY BY TRUMPWARE.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.


16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUMPWARE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ACCOUNT ACCESS, OR DIGITAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE STOREFRONT, A PRODUCT, A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, OR YOUR USE OF THEM.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUMPWARE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO TRUMPWARE FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US $100.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury.


17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrumpWare and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the storefront or a product, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify TrumpWare for TrumpWare's own unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited.


18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel an order, or restrict service if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, a security threat, prohibited conduct, a material violation of these Terms, or a legal requirement to act.

Where required by law, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination where legally permitted.


19. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE RIGHTS

Before starting a formal dispute, contact Support@TrumpWare.org with your order number, a description of the problem, and the resolution you are requesting. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter.

These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Any dispute will be governed by the law and handled in the forum that validly applies based on the parties, transaction, and mandatory consumer-protection rules.


20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms prospectively. The updated version will display a new effective date. If a change is material, we will provide notice or obtain consent when required by law.

Changes will not retroactively alter a dispute that arose before the updated Terms became effective unless both parties agree or applicable law permits it. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the storefront before the updated Terms take effect.


21. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms accepted by you constitute the agreement concerning your use of the storefront and purchases.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are included for readability and do not change the meaning of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship between you and TrumpWare.
