TrumpWare is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Epic Games, Fortnite, or any other game developers, publishers, or platforms.

All references to game titles, trademarks, or companies are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply ownership, endorsement, or approval.

TrumpWare is an independent platform and is not an official product or service of any game company.

2. Platform Nature & User Responsibility

TrumpWare operates solely as a neutral digital platform that allows users to post listings, information, or links submitted by third parties.

By using TrumpWare, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All content is user-generated and third-party submitted
• TrumpWare does not create, develop, test, verify, or endorse any listings
• You are solely responsible for how you use any information or third-party content

TrumpWare does not encourage or condone cheating, unfair play, or violation of any software Terms of Service or laws.

3. Assumption of Risk

By accessing or using TrumpWare, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• Use of third-party tools or accounts may result in bans, suspensions, IP/HWID blacklisting, loss of access, or legal consequences
• Enforcement actions may be taken by game publishers, platforms, tournament organizers, or authorities
• TrumpWare bears no responsibility for such actions or outcomes

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.

4. Third-Party Listings & Marketplace Disclaimer

TrumpWare functions solely as a notice-board style listing platform.

• All listings are submitted by independent third-party users
• TrumpWare does not process payments, deliver products, or guarantee performance
• Transactions, disputes, and legal responsibility exist only between the buyer and the third-party uploader
• TrumpWare does not verify safety, legality, originality, or effectiveness

Use of any third-party listing in tournaments, wagers, or prize-based events is strictly prohibited.

5. No Warranty

All content and access are provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Legal compliance in your jurisdiction

Use is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

• Bans, enforcement actions, or account losses
• Financial loss or damages
• Claims made by third parties, including game publishers

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrumpWare from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or third-party content.

7. Content Moderation

TrumpWare may remove content at its discretion in response to:

• Abuse reports
• Legal requests
• DMCA notices

TrumpWare has no obligation to monitor, review, or verify listings.

8. DMCA & Copyright Policy

Listings must not include:
